Embrace the Scottish Borders

Once you have discovered the magic and diversity of the Scottish Borders we know you will want to return again, as many of our guests do.  Land and sea, hillside and moor lands all sit happily side by side.  Rivers and paths wind their way through untouched natural beauty while the gentler pace of life relaxes and revives you. Make your stay at Wiltonburn as energetic or restful as you want to make it. Switch from four wheels to two and cycle along signposted routes and quiet country lanes or take to the hills for an exhilarating mountain bike ride on expertly designed downhill tracks for all levels of bikers which form part of the 7stanes project. You can also bring your own horse on holiday to Wiltonburn  and take part in the local Common Ridings or Festival of the Horse. The Hawick riding route goes through the farm which joins up  the fabulous 50 miles of  the Buccleuch Trail.

There are also opportunities all year round for other activities such as archery, falconry, diving , clay pigeon shooting, quad bike riding and canoeing all guaranteed to bring a rosy glow to you cheeks.  Wherever you go there is something to see, historic houses, castles, stately homes, romantic ruins and gorgeous gardens with warm welcome at every one.
