Ideally situated on a mixed working hill farm offering tranquillity without isolation, just one mile from Hawick, shops, restaurants, Leisure Centre and award winning park. This original semi-detached farm workers cottage nestles at the head of a valley which is approached along the farm road which ends at the cottages offering total peace from noise and traffic. A little stream runs in front of the cottage and there are glorious uninterrupted views of the hills and grazing stock. Wiltonburn is a 400 acre mixed farm and we have sheep, cats, geese and horses. You might well see foxes or badgers in the garden or red squirrels, rabbits, hares, herons, buzzards on the farm. The cottage retains many of the original features and has an log burning stove in the sitting room, with electric storage and panel heaters in other rooms.
